Shipping Policy

1) INTRODUCTION

This Shipping Policy applies to your purchase of any item from SFT ONLINE ABN 74 642 083 421 (“SFT ONLINE”) via our website or mobile application (collectively, “HITFIT”). This Shipping Policy describes our practices regarding the shipping fees, delivery estimates and other information related to your purchases.

For the sake of this Shipping Policy, orders made within Australia are termed “Domestic Orders” while orders made to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Canada are termed “International Orders”. 2) ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed between 1 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we have confirmed your order request. Your order will be shipped as soon as SFT ONLINE processes it, in which case, you will be notified via your email about shipment. Please, note that the order processing time may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the advent of COVID-19 lockdown or unavailability of an item in stock. Also, certain items in the same order may be shipped and delivered at different times due to differences in the location they are shipped from.

3) ORDER TRACKING

Immediately we send you the notice of your order being shipped, the order tracking number, including the details about how to track your orders via the relevant courier app or website, will also be provided to you via your email address. It is paramount that the email address you submit during order checkout is a valid one.

4) DOMESTIC ORDERS SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders shipped to any location within the Commonwealth of Australia is regarded as Domestic Order. All Domestic Orders are shipped with the Australia Post. There are two types of shipping options, which are Standard and Express shipping options. The delivery of your order depends on the shipping option you select at checkout. The shipping options, fees and estimated delivery dates are listed below.

5) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, New Zealand and Canada are termed International Orders. All International Orders are shipped with the Australia Post. We offer two shipping options under International Orders (Standard and Express). The shipping fee and delivery estimate depend on the shipping option you select at checkout. See the table below for more information.

International Orders may be, in certain cases, subject to custom taxes depending on the law on imports in the country of delivery. If this applies to your country of delivery, then you may be subject to such fees. SFT ONLINE does not have any control over import duties and other taxes imposed by the country of delivery. For more information about import duties, please reach out to the relevant country website.

6) LATE ORDERS

If you do not receive your order 5 days after the estimated delivery date has passed, please reach out to us via support@hitfit.com. Please, include your order number and your name along with your notice. We will attend to you and get more information from the courier company.

 7) DAMAGED ORDERS

If an item in your order is damaged in transit before delivery, you may notify us via support@hitfit.com to get a replacement/exchange. If an item is damaged in transit, you must inform the delivery agent upon delivery. Failure to inform the delivery agent nullifies your right to get a replacement/exchange from us.

8) RETURN AND REFUNDS

You may be entitled to return or refund if any item in your order is the wrong one or damaged. You are not entitled to a return or refund if you simply change your mind. For more about returns and refunds, including how to request, please see our Return and Refunds Policy.
