Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping on the HITFIT website or mobile application. If there are any issues regarding your purchase, this Returns and Refunds Policy describes how we will handle it. This Returns and Refunds Policy describe the circumstances under which we may grant returns or refunds and the process involved.

SFT ONLINE does not accept returns, refunds or exchange if you simply change your mind about an item. We only offer returns, refunds or exchange if the item is (i) faulty or damaged in transit, (ii) not as described, or (iii) not the one you ordered. You have 30 calendar days to return an item that is subject to returns – starting from the date of delivery. An item is subject to returns if such an item is unused and is in its original packaging, as it was delivered to you. To initiate a return of an item, message SFT ONLINE via our email address at with the order number, your name and picture of the item. We will respond with further instructions.


After we have received your item, we will notify you and investigate if it passes the conditions for returnable items and credit your original payment method. The refunds will be available in your original payment method within a certain number of days – depending on the policy of your payment method provider.

In certain cases, you may be entitled to an exchange or replacement rather than a refund. If an item is subject to exchange or replacement (for example, a wrong item), we will let you know and ship the replaced item via the same shipping method.


If an item is subject to returns, SFT ONLINE will bear the cost of returning the item back to us.


We may review and update certain portions of this Return and Refunds Policy without liability, including for changes in the way we handle returns or changes in applicable law. We implore you to review this page anytime there is any issue with an item or order.
